I have been using 7 Minute Workout since March 12, 2011. I have found this site to be excellent for information, help, guidelines on what to do, and very friendly. Any questions can be asked of the members & they will answer, but if they do not have one...they quickly tell you to send in a support ticket. I am 64 years old & I have been losing weight, losing inches & gaining strength and energy I did not have in the past. I can not believe how this simple 7 minutes a day 3 times a week program has changed my life. I do not feel like an old lady anymore. I can walk with out hurting & even get up off the floor with ease now. From a scale of 1 - 10 I give 7 Minute Workout an 11. Have a great day.

I've been using the 7 minute workout for over a month now. It's a legitimate health and fitness website that offers strategies for losing weight and getting fit. I've already lost several pounds of weight and I'm starting to see some muscular definition. I'm happy that I became a member!
