Customer service is very good with live chat. Have been using their programs for many years, started with Photoshop 4. The site has tons of useful information.

Buggy Adobe Flash (+ memory leaks with video), alien interface in all other products.
Irritating.
Дико бажный Adobe Flash с утечками памяти в видеопроигрывателях, до BSOD'ов (наблюдал на нескольких компьютерах, при разных условиях).
В остальных продуктах - интерфейс (горячие клавиши) для инопланетян.
В результате опытные пользователи получают профессиональную деформацию как С++ники и становятся невыносимы. Как, собственно, и их продукты. Хотя функциональность хорошая.

Угрожают милицейскими проверками легальности софта. Их софт лучше не покупать и не владеть им (они могут засудить за пробную версию). Пример: http://habrahabr.ru/post/157151/
This company threatens and sues people and companies all around russia and Ukraine. Probably they are ok with bribing some local officials and policemans. This company is not better than Apple, Microsoft or other software monopolies/patent trolls.
