The game itself is relatively child-friendly: you are a colored blob that absorbs smaller colored blobs while trying not to get eaten by bigger colored blobs in order to become the biggest colored blob.
The problem is that users can choose arbitrary usernames, and that some usernames receive "skins" (the blob shows a cartoony image instead of being of a single color). Certain usernames and skins are not sutiable for children. It is possible to hide skins and usernames, however this option is not enabled by default. Hiding usernames also hides the leaderboard and limits certain gameplay aspects/styles (or "meta" if you will).
Great game to pass the time, but don't typo! You really don't want to meet agor.io... And, it's suitable for children, but the naming system has no filters, so, to make sure children don't see the bad names, turn off the names in the settings menu.
Though an innocent game itself, it allows players to change their nickname to anything they want. Of course, people will name themselves after... very disturbing, hateful and gross names, so be cautious. However, there is an option to disable nicknames so that they aren't seen.
OMG this is the best game ever I played ^_^
Just teamed with person to dominate the map, lol xD
Well it is recommended to check "No names" box to hide the racism or some nicknames that is inappropriate for kids :p
People say that this game is only for kids, but I heavily disagree as many adults play it to pass the time. You can choose anything to be your name, so people can make racist or offensive names. Not at all recommended for kids.
