I would not recommend them to my dog. Most pathetic, unprofessional, arrogant and abusive. I wasted several days with this amateurs, encountered thousands of dollars in loss, because this ignorant folk described a fully legal bank document as "Hand Made Copy". In other words, they basically accused me of having forged a legal document. My request to them to contact the bank themselves was denied by their "professional" idiots. My request on supplying "Their" documents which could identify them as a legal business, was denied, too! There is a long list of other ridiculous incidents with them, too much to list here but I will release a press release with all evidence attached. Furthermore, they work together with MoneyPolo, which handles money but cannot even get their login function working and keep people logged out of their account. I would not recommend buying dog food off AlfaCashier.

Делала обмен ЯД на Биткоин, была задержка на 12 часов, но это было ожидаемо, так как при заказе высветилось предупреждение об этом. Курс был изменён на текущий, но это было даже плюсом, он изменился в выгодную для меня сторону. Второй и третий заказы сделала на сумму чуть больше, вроде без задержек. Можно работать.

Заказал обмен Яндекс.Деньги на NEM Оплатил: ***** Должен был получить: ***** XEM По факту получил: ***** Курс NEM относительно доллара за время холда (12 часов) просел, теоретически должен был получить даже больше0, а по факту получил даже меньше заявленного. Обменник не порядочный, и после холда меняет курс обмена в свою пользу, не зависимо фактического курса на биржах на момент сделки. А главное после совершения сделки курс опять повысили. Вот так значит они заманивают клиентов одним курсом, задерживают сделку на 12 часов и на момент сделки меняют курс на себе выгдный и проводят сделку, а после опять повышают курс. Это называется мошенничество и обман пользователей!!!
