Made a purchase, paid fast shipping and didn't get it. Item was supposed to be new but came not in new packaging, suspect secondhand. Power adapter faulty and wrong amp, couldn't download app as required to operate. Was not as advertised. Bought because alibaba claims buyer protection but they do nothing. Seller still giving me runaround, dispute process didn't work and alibaba was supposed to step in and hasn't. Don't buy from them you have no protection as they claim if you run into problems!!!!!
