While I will agree with everyone who saw the episode that the couple did some horrible things and probably deserve to lose their restaurant, giving them low WOT ratings because of their behavior is a misuse of the service. It's supposed to help people stay away from malicious or inappropriate sites, not to punish people the users don't like or disagree with. The owners might be dangerously unstable, but the site is harmless enough.
