Spam email, transmitted via IP 104.160.65.135, fraudulently claims to be an official SPOTIFY communication. The email contains deceptive links to ***** and spying web beacons that report the recipient's identifying data and IP address to app.getresponse.com whenever the email is opened without the recipient's knowledge or consent.

Here's the deal. GetResponse is the email marketing service. So if you sign up for emails from a website or a small business the business owner will send you emails. If an unethical marketer gets your email and puts you on a list he could theoretically spam you but that's not Getresponse's fault. I own a small business and use Getresponse and even if someone requests that I add them to my email list they still need to confirm that they want to receive my emails! So leave bad reviews on the owner of the list's website and stop shooting the messenger!

I have received emails via this site for YEARS with no problems whatsoever. I don't understand what axe the detractors of this site are grinding. (the following is an additional comment to the comments previously made). I think get it now...the detractors of this website are competitors trying to give this website a bad name to attract more listeners or customers to their own sites. Again, I have been receiving emails from this site for YEARS without problems. I used to belong to a "group" on FaceBook that is for OTR fans. More than a few members of the group had bad opinions of *****, largely due to a snobby attitude AND that the group (OTRR) has its own offerings that rival what OTRcat.com has.I get about 2-emails each month, no more than that. You can safely IGNORE the detractors to this website. It is SUPERB!

Most people here rate the wrong domain. This here is the getresponse email program domain and has nothing to do with the emails which are sent from some people. GetResponse is a very decent mail programme, but anyone can use it. I would recommend you change your ratings and place it on the domains which are sending spam - otherwise they go without harm and GetResponse gets penalized for nothing.
