"ArtcleBase" is a 'content farm' that calls itself an "article directory" that offers "free advertising" and "viral marketing" to its authors and is able to rank high on Google and WOT gives it a green light to an article that presented as expert, but was so poorly written, with glaring grammar mistakes, I thought it was a browser exploit or that I clicked on the wrong link. It's the evil step-children of Answers and Wikipedia, but with ads and no little worker bees to correct mistakes but the original 'author' whose motive is unknown.

Use this site with extreme caution. It recommends "registry error fix" tools which have been blacklisted for a reason - i.e. they don't work, are of questionable origin with a history of installing malware and adware when installed to "fix" a DLL registry error.
