ASOS has an amazing selection of fashion in the UK, truly catering to every style. The quality of the items I've purchased has always been impressive. While the return process can be somewhat tricky, I appreciate the variety of options available for exchanges and refunds. With a bit more transparency and efficiency in the returns policy, their service could be outstanding. All in all, I'm really satisfied and would confidently give them 5 stars ;)

ASOS has a wide range of fashion items available online, but I’ve had some frustrating experiences with delivery times that are frequently longer than expected. The returns process is also quite complicated, which adds to the hassle. Improving the reliability of delivery and simplifying returns would significantly enhance the overall service.
