audiobooks.com é seguro?

Crooks. They pretend to be like Audible, right down to the 30 day free trial. It isn't. USA and Canada are being targeted. They are not in either. The prices quoted are twice as much as Audible. They have their domain name obfuscated. I have zero sympathy for people that get ripped off giving their credit card to people doing business with a bag over their heads.

This site is running the basic book-of-the-month operation where they will automatically put charges on your credit card if one is not careful. They also offer a "free trial" that will suddenly become paid if one is not careful. This is not a legitimate vendor and should be avoided. Untrustworthy.

The FAQ, How It Works or Terms of Use pages do not say that the audiobooks.com service is only available for people in USA and Canada. Only after filling the registration page over halfway did I get to the country choices, and realized that I could not join. So I closed the page without completing or submitting my information. After a couple of hours, I got an email from them, urging me to complete my registration. So apparently they grabbed my email address even though I did not knowingly submit it. This is unacceptable, unethical and I would not be surprised if it wasn't illegal, too.
