Great website ! I now have about 5 years experience in buying stuff from this website. These people have made a tremendous leap in providing excellent customer service. You get personalised emails and not standard copy/paste stuff which annoys and frustrates me. You are still dealing with an oversees company so you must wait, but most of the time it took like 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Site on which we find everything about everything. Quality products as well as gadgets. At all prices but often very affordable. It is necessary to be patient because the delivery is sometimes long but it is normal seen the source but the announced deadlines are always respected. As far as my personal experience is concerned, nothing is lost on the way. I received a product that was not what I ordered but after contacting customer service, I was sent a new product. Bad luck, it was still not good and I finally received a partial refund (with my agreement). In return, I must say that I was able to keep both products. I am completely satisfied with the customer service. We could say that with such a big undertaking, the non-satisfaction of some customers would not be important but not at all. They respond very quickly to emails. With a personalized response and it is nice to see that we speak with someone who does everything to find a solution to our problem. In short I recommend this site

I've ordered off these guys a few times but the latest item (a QC3.0 phone charger) didn't seem to be working correctly. I initially thought it was due to my iPhone not being compatible with QC3.0 but after researching online, I saw that other people were able to still use a QC3.0 charger with their iPhone, just not be able to enjoy the speed of QC3.0 - hence me coming to the conclusion that the charger was fried. I contacted Banggood support and they asked me to send a video showing the item wasn't working. Less than a day after sending it in, they immediately offered to send me a new one to replace the faulty one - no questions asked. This is the kind of customer support that will make me keep buying from these guys!

Very Fair Company! Excellent customer service! The prices and shipping charges are reasonable. In my case , I had a Mini Wireless WiFi IP Hidden Camera DIY Module P2P that was not working and the customer service team were highly cooperative and they responded spontaneously to my e-mail. We reached a solution in 1 day. Banggood we resend, this Camera Module . Very Fair Company! Very good experience and sure I will be buying more stuff from them soon. Thank you banggood.

I bought a desoldering gun in banggood. I had to pay customs fees. Banggood did not take care of them and I was surprised that they had not warned me that this could happen. Soon, I had the bad luck that the gun was broken. However banggood has economically compensated me for the arrangement. I have been very satisfied with your behavior.

great site full of interesting articles, I had a problem with an electronic device that the help desk promptly solved sending the article back to replace the one that did not work. I'm waiting to get it back but in the meantime I'm writing my review. Thanks to Banggood support

Los productos suelen ser buenos, eso si, si es muy barato, no esperes mucha calidad. El envío es desde china y suele tardar 1 mes, pero es gratuito. Con unos 30 pedidos realizados, he tenido solo 2 ó 3 problemas con el envío, (algún artículo roto o incompleto) y contactando con ellos siempre me lo han solucionado.
