I love this site.
I had issues with 2 companies in the past and i couldn't get anywhere with their customer service and filed a complaint with BBB
Within 24 hours the issues were resolved so for me these guys get a A+

Based on my experiences, this organization assigns ratings based purely on whether they were paid or not. Untrustworthy.

I have always had very good experiences using the BBB. I have filed complaints against company's like Bally's; who is notoriously difficult to deal with, and gotten a response and a refund. Read the site and understand what the BBB does. It is a mediator. Whether you get a response or not, is up to the company. Companies that didn't respond when I contacted their customer service numbers, responded after I filed a complaint with the BBB. I am very glad this company is here for consumers.

Pay to play scheme. Modern version of Chicago racketeering Mob bosses.
Gave my dad an F rating because he would not pay for a good rating. A fake hamas donation site was given A+!

The BBB holds my reputation hostage. Most people just go to them to complain. They demand money to bring me from a bad rating to an accredited business. At least web of trust gets a wide range and a good ratio of good/bad reviews.
