In reply to my last comment. Shortly after I posted my first comment I placed an order for 3 items but only one of the items arrived. I instantly phoned them and told them about the missing items. About a day or two later they shipped it Express and it arrived very fast. So yes they do seem very bad with getting the order right but they toke care of it and even sent the items Express. I feel that everyone can make mistakes, it is how they deal with it after they make the mistake that I care about more.

In reply to Andrela! Did you tell them to send you the missing item or just assume they would not send it to you since it would be impossible for you to prove it wasn't in the package? TigerDirect forgot my $150 windows OS in one of my orders. I told them it was not it the box and they sent me a new one no questions asked. BestDirect may have done the same if you asked them.

Shipped order with one item missing. Since it is impossible for me to prove that the item was NOT in the box (I signed for the parcel, not the content) I lost my money... Bad store. This never happened with TigerDirect, ComputerCanada or DirectCanada..
