I got fed up with hosting a minecraft server on my computer. Went with this website. I like it a bunch. There are also other hosting solutions, but it depends on what you look to get out of it. Shop around, but this place is pretty good. Support responses are fairly quick within reasonable hours of the day. I wouldn't expect a zombie on coffee to help you manage a VM at 3 am in the morning.

i just canceled my minecraft server with bisect because something went wrong with my server and the map randomly changed to a prison map (I had a city map on it I NEVER have a prison map on it ) I called them and they said the server fell of the rack and broke and i said ok in about 10-15 min it was all back up and running. I joined my server and it was a prison map. I live chatted with them and they said nothing happened to the server and i kept asking them than what happened to my map( the city map ) and they said nothing happened they started getting rude i was talking to 1 guy and he was calm and nice but then this DICK named Max Podkidkin really pissed me off he was just rude from the begining. Max is just plain rude. their customor support is really rude
