Anything you write on Blogger is kept on file by Google for any number of years, and they collect personal information, such as all the sites you have viewed while logged in, all the sites you've seen with Google links, and content such as credit card numbers. Also, Google is required to give a bit of this information to the government, but all other big search and email engines (e.g Yahoo) are also required to do this as well. They DON'T, however, have to keep the credit card numbers or track all the pages you visit with links.
