The site is safe. Never had a problem in that area. However as another commented they have been having problems keeping up with their inventory. In stock then order and not in stock has become a regular problem lately. I done business with them for several years. I am a loyal customer when a company keeps up their end of the deal. Sadly I can no longer trust that my orders will be fulfilled when placed. So looking for a new suppler for my tobacco needs. Must be 18 to order tobacco products so no children...

I ordered two 24 packs of the Eiten disposable e cigs. They are the worst e-cigs I ever tried. Out of the two boxes (48 Total) none worked (Oh sorry maybe three worked but only getting 3 puffs and then they no longer worked) Contacted company twice by e-mail and NEVER RESPONDED TO EITHER ONE. All of these e-cigs wound up in the trash as they were no good I lost $127 for nothing. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN., Apparently they do not care about customers. I have since ordered disposables from two well known companies and my experience with them has been excellent. SO BUYERS BEWARE or at least DO NOT ORDER THIS BRAND BECAUSE THEY WILL SEND YOU ALL DUDS AND NEVER MAKE GOOD OR RESPOND TO E-MAILS,. ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AND THEY HAVE LOUSY PRODUCTS. THEY SELL STOCK THAT DOESN'T WORK AND IGNORANT COMPANY AS FAR AS NO RESPONSE TO E-MAILS. WHAT A RIP OFF COMPANY,
