I'm not sure what the problem is, the site owners have never contacted me about this and my Spam Comment report clearly states that this was "forum spamming". I don't believe that I claimed they were dangerous or anything. If you wanted I could show you example evidence (with certain information redacted since you're not the site owner/representative). A quick check revealed four separate pieces of Spam in less than 24 hours, I didn't look beyond that.. but, given your message I might need to update my Spam Comment to make this volume clearer. Anyway, they are confirmed Spammers and I see no reason to remove or alter my Spam Comment as things stand now. I've not even had a pledge from them not to Spam any more and given the amount of time that has passed, I don't think the site owner cares that much either. It is absurd to downrank this website (nothing dangerous here) because some users do not like the level of service they received. It is my suspicion that is what has happened here. Chem Dry is an established and respected company and the website looks fine to me. I have never used the company, and I do not plan to since I prefer local family owned businesses... but WoT is not supposed to be a favorites list...
