I am very happy with the service. What I like is the attention to security. Something we should all be interested in, but many are not, hence they become the target of scammers. Here are the reasons I like the site:
1. Interaction with staff before becoming a member. It demonstrates that they are interested in who you are and not just that you are going to provide money to them.
2. Meeting with a counsellor to ensure you understand how the site works, what to expect and even about the culture of the Philippines, again something many do not understand. In addition, the warning of scams, sending money etc. The scam industry is worldwide, and billions of dollars are collected each year from unsuspecting people looking for romance, particularly hideous as they are preying on your emotions and a very vulnerable time, as with most scams.
3. Follow up counselling as required and meetings to hear how other members have been doing.
So it has been a great experience so far, and I have no reason to think it will not continue.
