TL;DR : Didn't even SHIP my tree until 10 days after I ORDERED it. Polite but useless cutomer service that will blatantly lie to you. And I'll edit my post later when I FINALLY receive my tree to tell if it even came in one piece/was the quality I was promised. This website is very unprofessional. I ordered a tree from them on Dec 5 and they didn't even ship it until 10 days later. It says on their website when you make a purchase before 11:59 pm the day before your purchase will ship on the next business day (there we have the first lie.) I called the Monday after I made the order wondering why I never received a tracking number for my purchase and they apologized and said I would receive an email with it inside the next evening (another lie, I didn't get my tracking number until the 16th, a day after my tree had FINALLY shipped on the 15th.) I called a third time on the 15th and requested a refund because I still had no information on where my tree was or if it had even been pulled out of their warehouse and while the customer service rep was polite, he offered no help at all and still couldn't provide me with a tracking number. I asked for a refund and of course not only would I have had to pay for my "free" shipping and bring the tree back to FedEx myself after they finally delivered it but they would also keep 10% of the purchase.... just to further shove their middle finger in your face I guess.
