Write your coThis website is a HUGE SCAM over 1 year I brought to them to over 1000000 hits and I also made money but when when I had to get paid, my account was canceled with NO reason of explanation. They are thieves. Now I understand why google or CJ making that huge money, they never pay their publishers. I have NO problem with Sharesale, they always pay and they have very similar Terms & Conditions. Now dear reader you decide who is thief. I'm thinking to press charges against them.mment
Cj.com is one of the main sites for Commission Junction, a leader in the Affiliate Marketing industry. The company/site have a good reputation. If someone was spammed by a site that was promoting them, then this was due to a rogue affiliate and not Commission Junction themselves.
Neither here nor there on this one. They state what they do, so not phishing per se, though they do get others to sort of phish but seems legal. It's an unpalatable business in my mind but not bad enough to rate red and not good enough for green.
Got an Email today (1st January 2011) that was not very friendly. The company I am working for is very selective when it comes to referring products on their website(s). Since none of the "offers" we got from cj seems to fit with our goals, we generated no revenue. But in my opinion that's no reason to send out such an unfriendly reminder on the first of January and try to "force" us to generate more revenue. I canceled the account today.
Bought a security program though one of their affiliates, good program good affiliate site and good network. They did ask for personal information, but I was purchasing something from them and they needed that info to complete the transaction.
Signed up and I am pretty convinced that it safe as it has major corporations associated. I put their links on my site and have gotten clicks but none of them are recognized but I am kind of sketchy to give them my SSN or TIN needed to receive payments and possibly the money into the site account? has anyone actually received payouts?
First up this is an affiliate site which has top vendors associated with it who pay webmasters to sell their products. This all works great and payment is made as it is supposed to.
For those who cite spam then that is not CJ.com who are engaged in spamming but it may be unscrupulous webmasters but that is not their fault and therefore they should not be down graded.
