I have been buying tools and supplies from Highland Hardware - now known as Highland Woodworking - for 30 years. I have ordered from their web site after leaving Atlanta. So far as I can tell, I have never been spammed after on line ordering, nor have I ever been dissatisfied with a purchase from them.

I have done business with them many times. I order using credit card. Sometimes there are minor problems with orders; nothing more than I've encountered with other on-line retailers. I know they are legit and I trust them enough to share my credit card information with them. I have always received what I ordered. I don't understand bad rating. I have never hit a phishing, spaming or any other unethical activity by them.

This is an aggregation website serving links for thousands of OTHER websites. While you see *****, it could be going to any number of valid/good/useful sites, or an equally bad/spammy/useless number of sites. However, icptrack.com goes to icontact.com, which is a known tracking site for email marketing. So YMMV. It's not the icptrack website itself you should be rating, but the one it *takes* you to.
