As said on the .net version of this site, I can only speak of what I know. However, seeing many users have commented on this site with bad ratings, I suppose you can't trust this straight away. clicktale, your comment about your copanny's services did not include a part of the site that says you can zoom in on a single visitor. Why?

This website boasts a service that will allow the website using this service to "record" and monitor visitors right down to their mouse cursor movements. One of their several key features being: "Watch your visitors every mouse move, click, and scroll to discover exactly how they use your site. I'm sharing this comment on my social networks so I'm including some advice: If you have a Mozilla web browser (Firefox, Thunderbird, etc..) get the "NoScript" addon and block definitely block this "clicktale com" site. As well, get the "Web of trust" addon (for FF, Chrome, others) from *****

Nach Besichtigung des Videos auf der Startseite ist klar, das es sich bei Clicktale um einen Datensammler a la Google Ananytics handelt. Privatsphäre gibt es bei Clicktale nicht.

This company says it has a cookie that will prevent it from following your every mouse click but it cannot be found on their website map or by viewing any of their pages. So there is no way to op out of this spying the site does for it's customers.

Malicious company that sells spyware to Angie's List and other online retailers to know every mouse click you make while at any site subscriber. I say boycott those who use this deceitful company to spy on their customers.
