The site is intended to crash your browser. Sure its annoying and might cause a crash of the tab, browser or even device, but it does not cause any damage or give any viruses or spyware (no malware). The only thing there is, is a few lines of JavaScript that expose a bug in chrome / safari's memory handling. It also has a side effect that if you are on a iPhone (or something similar) it will also crash that, because there's a slight bug in Apples Safari code for iPhones that makes that happen (It's Apple's fault, not the guy who made the webpage).
