On the site they say "no adware, no malware". Than guess what? The installer wants to f*ck up some sh*tty toolbar on my box! Lying garbage, avoid this site!

Includes OpenCandy without notifying. The OpenCandy includes Ask Toolbar and HotSpot Shield. However, all of them are optional.

Install the Ask toolbar even if you uncheck it.
Also install a network watching software I forgot to note the name without even asking you.

Good FREE software, but the download comes with a couple of add-ons. ALWAYS be sure to check what downloads like these drag along. In this case, the ASK toolbar, and AVG, you can decline BUT there is another pop-up for a PC cleaner, which appears and it presents itself like you'd cancel the install if you don't accept... BUT Just close that window and proceed. Good software PDF Writer, but BAD Spyware - you can avoid .

This program now installs the "Ask.com toolbar", so far from being a freeware

This used to be a very good product. But, it's no longer being updated and can't be installed without the Ask Toolbar (even if you say you don't want the toolbar, it still installs it). CNET Downloads has removed the software from their site -- PrimoPDF by another company has replaced it.

It's a great site for downloading CutePDF Writer and furthermore, it's pretty useful :)

I've been using CutePDF on and off for years and just tried it again and simply uncheck ***** Toolbar options during the installation.
