The site is well organized and intuitive. There is nothing dangerous or misleading on Dell's site. It's safe to visit. I've been an IT consultant for nearly 30 years, and Dell's site has always been one of the few I've never had to worry about. I'm not always a fan of their products, but I know I can access their website without a problem.

Being the owner of an Alienware laptop and having seen first hand the complete and total disregard by Dell for their customers who experience issues, even when those issues are a direct result of a bad firmware released by Dell, is shocking. If I could give a negative starred review, I would. I'll never, ever, buy another Dell product in my entire life.

Купил ноутбук делл, считал что хорошая марка, корпус при частом использовании развалился через 3-4 месяца, следующий точно не возьму делл.

All Dell computers come with spyware. Wild Tangent has been flagged as spyware by Malware Bytes and Dell continues to install this program on all of their new computers.
