Warning!! This is a fraud site, devious scammers I purchased 2 items, which never arrived, support is a bot and useless. Please do not make a purchase on this website, the positive reviews this website has received are untrue and made up by sockpuppets

I purchased a dash cam from DinoDirect online on the 10th December 2016 USD$43.98 and they failed to send it. I gave it two months as the shipping from China can take two months. The beginning of March I opened up a case on their website and on 2nd March 2017 I they emailed the following. "Thanks for contacting us, The product you ordered is in high demand and we are also waiting for the supplier to send stock to us. Will you pls kindly wait a few more days? Appreciate your understanding." . On April 4th 2017 I managed to get through to them on online chat (They no longer answer chat). I was told that the refund would take around 10-20 business days. In the last two weeks I have sent messages to their online case system and emailed them and have not received a reply.

NEVER TRUST! WARNING! They promise send items but do not. Then they promise to resend items, but do not. Now PayPal timeline is over and they ignore case. If you complain, they have their own cs-center, which naturally close the case. By from other chinese sellers - or take your own risk.

The reviews are obviously all fakes, I could not find a single genuine one. Repeated names, broken English, obviously faked dates, identical scorings etc. I've never used them but this alone says "stay away... do not touch". Looks like WOT may have had some fake plusses put in here too.

I registered myself on WOT so that I can let prospective buyers know about a m*therfcuk*r chinese website dinodirect.com I usually check the WOT rating before making online purchases BUT on dinodirect i missed it and my $50 went to crap. the website is designed to fool the buyer into thinking that it from USA or Europe, actually it is sham, fraudulent website. after much nagging regarding "out of stock issue" by seller, dinodirect eventually sent me the item which was broken, malfunctioning and of no use. at the time of purchase it was shown that it would be dispatched within 2days, I paid for FedEx... I receive the item after three weeks !!! I have decided not to spend any more on return shipping but vent out my anger here on wot, so that all should make it a point in future to check WOT rating of any commercial website before dealing financially with it.

I attempted to order from this firm and found that no matter what I wanted to order, it was never in stock! I literally played a ping-pong game with these guys until I finally asked what DID they have in stock. Luckily, I asked for a refund within the 45 day period that I could get Paypal involved, thus I have gotten a refund though I am certain that if I had let this go and waited past the 45 day period that I have to contest a payment with Paypal, I would be out of my money. IMHO, this is not a reputable site to deal with. I regret not checking WOT first now.

The item that I purchased from this site did arrive in a timely fashion, and it was of the quality that I was expecting. But I would never deal with them again because it is literally impossible to unsubscribe from their emails once you've bought something there. I got one every couple of days. No unsubscribe link in the newsletter, no interface to update your mailing preferences in your account, and no contact or trouble-ticket interface. I even tried using the 'Feedback' button to complain, but all I got was a reply from customer services urging me to submit a trouble ticket, which you can't do unless you are a premium account holder. Don't give these guys your email address, you will regret it!

Bought Some Laser pointers, got no confirmation email or tracking number !! Suspicions arose. Did a bit of diggin, seems the same contact details for Dinodirect, exist for a website called ***** , You'll see see its run by the same people with very similar complaints about them in WOT! Even the same CS phone number. Incidently they are not paypal verified as this is indicated in my paypal receipt, also the paypal website ref is listed as ***** a dead website, however I did a DNS look up on the name and got this : Reverse Whois: "wang kun" owns about 367 other domains Email Search: is associated with about 14 domains NS History: 15 changes on 6 unique name servers over 9 years. IP History: 13 changes on 9 unique IP addresses over 7 years. Whois History: 111 records have been archived since ***** . Sounds like someone has been busy making changing things or maybe 'avoiding'! This is their current facebook page ***** dont know if they have one for Dinodirect too but as I said they are the same outfit.

Steer clear. I bought a RC Hovercraft from them that was sold through a Groupon style site (Eversave). The hovercraft does no work, it does not inflate. It was very disappointing to my nephew on Christmas when we tried to operate it. The return process is incredibly complex and requires RMA's, shipping it back to China which costs as much as the product does to begin with. Furthermore, their reviews on the site are a complete sham. Almost all of them are in Engrish, full of grammatical errors and misspellings. I submitted my own review of the poor quality of the hovercraft, and despite the site stating that it approves all reviews regardless of positive or negative feedback, it still (3 weeks later) has not published my review, and won't respond to questions on the status of it. Never again will I purchase from DinoDirect. Luckily it was only $30 but one poor 5 year old was severely disappointed because of this horrible quality product and service.

dinodirect.com was spammed in November, 2011 When you tell the registrar ENOM about their problem, you get the same old irresponsible buck-passing duck-shoving fob-off - "we are only the registrar - complain to the hosting ISP" - as if that exonerated them from ethical responsibility. You can see countless examples like this at the ENOM spammed domains blacklist published constantly at ***** - when you compare ENOM with other registrars they show the worst record for support of high volume spamming. Typically about half of the domains registered at Demand Media's ENOM is detected in unlawful spam (recently 46% - 1140 of 2478). ENOM is sponsoring this illegal spamming operation, and accepts payments for the unlawful domain name registrations. Where Go Daddy has shown corporate responsibility, ENOM shows corporate irresponsibility. And gutless ICANN accredits them, while pocketing the accreditation fees. Some would accuse ENOM of providing a safe harbor for crime. Others would wonder if there is any vestigial trace of business ethics at ICANN.

a few months ago, i bought a virtual visa card (it's not physical anymore, just u get cc number and cvv for online shoping) i added some stuff to my card, and paid 200$, after that i got an email from DinoDirect support, they wished to see my credit cart picture (anti fraud AFAIK) , so i answered them that i don't have a credit cart, it's a virtual number, i cant shot it anyway! after that i got a second email with apologies, that the stuff i ordered was not found in in the stock!! and as they said, the system will do a money back, but virtual visa card don't accept a money from any numbers, u can only send, so... i lost my 200$ :(

I will tell you the truth,i am surprised with all the negative comments here in Mywot talking about Dinodirect.I will tell you my experience there for people who worry about buying in Dinodirect:for me is a fantastic site,i have bought some times there and never had a problem...and very fast delivery compared with Dealextreme(For me the best site to buy)Thats why i am surprised...for me is a very good site,the 72+ rating here confirm my theory,but it is in you if you believe in me or not....i don´t care.In bottomline,i prefer Dealextreme because i bought from there 20 times or more without any problem,but Dinodirect is a very good site too. P.D:It is strange that all the negative comments had a lot of links talking bad about Dinodirect...i would love to know which is the truth in this "hunting" bad info bout Dino.
