Diese Software (DVDFab) ist in der Lage, kopiergeschützte Filme zu kopieren und verletzt damit die Rechte von Filmschaffenden. Das Programm ist illegal. Das unerlaubte kopieren von Filmen wird strafrechtlich verfolgt. Zudem verwendet DVDFab die freie Software FFmpeg, weist jedoch erst seit Version ***** auf diese Tatsache hin und stellt weder den Quellcode der vorgenommenen Anpassungen noch die vorgeschriebenen Lizenzinformationen bereit. Beim Aufruf der Seite jetzt kommt zwar diese Fehlermeldung: Fehler: Server nicht gefunden Der Server unter www.dvdfab.com konnte nicht gefunden werden. („403 Forbidden“) Aber ich kenne diese Software. Auch wenn sie hier von WOT-Usern gepriesen wird, bleibt sie illegal.

i downloaded their free 1 month trial first...then after I purchased their copy & ripper software ..does an excellent job of what I am looking for !!! cheaper than others..i also emailed them about how to rip a dvd faster,and the company responded next day!!!

On www.dvdfab.com/free.htm I clicked on the download button for DVDFab HD Decrypter (19.7 MB). After successfully scanning the download file with McAfee & Malwarebytes Anti-Malware I doubleclicked on the icon. The software installed to c:\program files\DVD Maker. Since the software didn't do what I was looking for I attempted to uninstall it. Windows reported it uninstalled, but DVD Maker is still an intact folder in Program Files. I can not delete, shred or burn it. I can not change the Read-only attribute of DVD Maker, even using the Command Prompt. Access is always denied, with the message that the permission of TrustedInstaller (Windows Modules Installer) is required. TrustedInstaller is a service with manual startup. I can start and stop it, but it has no permissions to change. Using Safe Mode made no difference.

With the new changes in the license structure what used to cost a resonable price is now outrageous.. over $200 for a DVD ripping software and addons when we can find one almost as good for $30.00. Not to mention that they did not mention on the site the need to buy DVD to DVD before any of the other packages would work until after I questioned them on it and then within a few days they had changed portions of their web site to reflect what they stated in their email to me. Product however is rock solid there is no question about that. I agree paying a premium for a premium product, but what they are doing is beyond that.

Not happy with the promised "lifetime" updates and support. That is now gone and if I want an update I would need to purchase it again. Software definitely good for what it is made. But even updates I had to manyally download and re-install, and often I had to contact them for a new key to register the update. That sucks. It is not what was promised to follow after the purchase. Not good. Untrustworthy.

I highly recommend DVDFab & have been using it for Years. It is THE Best Copying Software & Regularly Updates & Keeps Up with the Times/ Advances. I have Used many different copy software Packages & this is the Most Comfortable, Relaiable & ease of Use
