This is another mailing service that has taken up old email addresses and spams on the behalf of another organization, without authorization. This is unauthorized and illegal.

Although e2ma.net might be a legit online marketing service, it's still SPAM and if you click on a link in a "promotional" email that says "CLICK HERE TO BUY TICKETS" and it points to something like "https;//t.e2ma.net/click/gxd0m/kku7mg/syawae" you are asking to be infected with ransomware. Marketing SPAM, coupons, promotions, sales, etc. is the most highly exploited scam by cyber criminals out there right now. In a business environment, you should not allow any of this marketing SPAM unless it’s related to the industry your business is in.
The above example was from “TheGiantsExperience@NYGFootball.com” for Coldplay presale tickets at the MetLife Stadium in NJ, with links pointing to the example link above. Would you click on it or trust it? You're nuts if you answer yes.

The domain e2ma.net, registered through DOTSTER, INC. is listed on at least two SPAM blacklists as of today. This does not necessarily indicate that they are guilty of sending SPAM, merely that the server that their IP address is associated to was confirmed by at least 2 sources to be a gateway for SPAM. This leads us to recommend caution on this server as it is possible that if it is compromised for SPAM, other data could be compromised.

Those who complain about the SPAM need to look at the bottom of the 'SPAM' and opt out of the email. Just because you signed up for it does not mean it is spam.
