Wozu das Ganze? “Die Kampagne soll Frauen und Mädchen zeigen, dass man sich unter Wissenschaft nicht nur alte Männer in Laborkitteln vorstellen sollte”, sagte die für Wissenschaft zuständige EU-Kommissarin Maire Geoghegan-Quinn bei der Vorstellung. Man wolle demonstrieren, dass Wissenschaft Spaß macht. Das Chemikerinnen mit Stöckelschuhen, Lippenstrift, Nagellack und Miniröcken ins Labor marschieren, ist wohl doch eher lächerlich.
