efooddepot.com é seguro?

STAY AWAY! This site looks legit but let me tell you -- it is not! I ordered a few things in June. They didn't come until September. It is rare for ANY product to be in stock. When my order came, there were items missing and everything in the box was expired. What a ripoff!

After much research about this company, they have been found to be deeply involved in fraudulent and illicit business activity. Never order from them or give them your credit information. The only thing they will do is charge your card and never ship you items, if any, only a portion will be shipped without any notice whatsoever. Some customers have been reporting failures to receive refunds, unanswered e-mails and phone calls. When I personally called the company, it appeared as if they were using an internet phone number to respond. Please beware!

This business has the absolute worst customer service ever. A few products were ordered and they sent an e-mail stating the items would be delivered within 7-10 business days. Those days were overdue without any notice or tracking number sent to me. I e-mail them right away, and ask for an update. They give me the vaguest response ever: Some items are not yet received by the vendor, if you want we can ship part of your order and cancel the rest. Which items will I be receiving? No mention Will there be a refund? No mention Why wasn't a tracking number issued? No mention Why the hell would a business want to cancel the order with a first time customer, instead of trying to get on their good side and secure a customer + customer satisfaction? IDK
