If you consider doing business with this company, go elsewhere. You will not get the insurance they are marketing, and to get an intelligent answer from customer-service is, if not impossible, so time-consuming regret it soon. All written communication with ehealthinsurance.com are automated responses. Ask about something specific, get a general response. Or call the customer-service that cannot answer you. My requests have mostly been about the policy itself. I am not willing to risk having to communicate with this company if I should need my insurance after an accident.
