You don't get the amount of money you request. I've done an exchange with bitcoin > okpay and let me tell you, the amount of money you ask for changes as soon as you press the confirmation button. And it changes again the moment they send you. For my case, it took more than 1 hour for the exchange to happen. Will not use again.

As we announce on our website: <The exchange operation will be processed once we receive 6 confirmations for the incoming BTC transfer. Final exchange rate will be recalculated once the incoming cryptocurrency transaction is completed.>
