Pros: Good for social networking, finding old friends.
Cons: Very poor respect for privacy. Very shady in their implementation of site changes, the majority of which are not for the benefit of the members. The terms of service and privacy settings are changed every few weeks, usually to force members into sharing more and more data. You must be vigilant of your settings on the site and very careful about what you post.

The Applications API gives developers full access to your accounts, such as your personal details, and all of your friends. This could lead to email addresses being harvested and sold to spammers.

Once again has "changed their privacy "standards" ', & what they can do w what is submitted. Is this what U want from a group U earlier wanted to "trust?" Look closely. You're Privacy is being ERODED>Not a ' trusted site ' in this household . . .

Provides a lot of tools to find and maintain contacts with business, family and friends. You must be careful with what information you make available and take time to set your privacy limits. I rated several categories average because I feel that Facebook has not prepared proper tools to explain settings and help the users.
