Site is full of spam and not child friendly ads. The site also seems to be untrustworthy for privacy due to many changes in their Terms of Service. The site is also discriminatory towards certain groups of people.

social networks generally should be treated with suspicion. You can never be sure, who is accessing the (personal) information you post there. Particularly analysing a users behaviour and network is used to generate tailored advertisements or can be used by third parties for some marketing purposes. Not to mention, that drinking pics may raise the suspicion of your boss...

Good for social networking, but this site committed our privacy if not configured correctly.

Facebook OWNS everything you upload ... personal information, pictures, and even videos. They all get stored and get used by facebook as the want ... and do it legally because it's part of the terms and conditions that everyone agrees to when signing up.
Even with the highest security settings active, anyone can still view everything you post with a simple link exploit. There are even 4-5 different viruses spreading through facebook.
Extreme caution should be used when using this sorry excuse for a social network.

I think some one was trying to pull a fast one on me or scam me. I''m not sure yet, as soon as I verify details and evidence will let you know.

Great for finding old friends but privacy issues make me feel a touch insecured otherwise no complaints.

Have to be carefully as there is lots of fraudulent activity on facebook.

not convinced that the end user is in control of their own information and would be my recommendation and very worthwhile to ensure that the Privacy settings are checked and double checked to give some comfort and confidence that your information is secure
