Kritiken am schlechten Service oder an der Kundenabzock werden sofort mit teuren Abmahnungen belegt. Sehr unseriös. Google Suchbegriff (FreeNet Abmahnung) sagt alles.

We have been with Freenet for over 2 years now.Their prices are far better than Deutsche Telecom and their customer service is better although if you use telephone to communicate with them it can be exspensive.We would never return to Deutsche Telecom as they are so rude,make loads of excuses ,pass the buck,Freenet do their best to sort things out.We have only had 10 days when we couldnot ring out anf that was not Freenets fault.Worth changing to this provider.

Der Dienst E-mail von freenet ist schlimm,
fast so schlimm wie bei Gmail!...
...und cookies die nervig sind,
so wie bei Gmail die scribte.
