I ordered Xiaomi redmi note 4 track number RG989041153BE. Parcel didn't come to Ukraine. Gearbest don't return my money. After I made few tickets they blocked my account, Now if I want log in (my account teofila.posh@bk.ru) it is an error "Your account is experiencing technical issues, please contact our Support Center". So I lose my money and they delete my account, I didn't recommend buy from Gearbest anything!!! Заказал смартфон Xiaomi redmi note 4, трек номер RG989041153BE. Телефон так и не приехал (можно проверить на любом сайте для проверки треков). Писала им много раз тикеты но они просто тянули время. Одного дня просто забанили или удалили мой аккаунт (teofila.posh@bk.ru) при входе ошибка "Your account is experiencing technical issues, please contact our Support Center". Писала им на мейл но ответа нет только ссылка на новый тикет но войти прочитать нельзя так как удалили аккаут. Не рекомендую у них покупать в магазине Gearbest так как окажитесь без денег и без товара, а потом вас просто забанят.

But I didn't get them more than 5 months. Track numbers are RU103600094NL and RF517745792SG. If them track on 17track you will see parcels didn't come to my country. By the PayPal rules seller must solve promlem with shipping company and make refund to buyer. Gearbest ignore my tickets and didn't answer for them. Be carefull!!!

The good: There are good deals and coupons from time to time - when the item you ordered actually arrives... The bad: Their customer support seems like a complete waste of time, they don't seem like they're there to help you, just to make sure you get bored of the procedure. I ordered a phone in december 2017 that hasn't arrived to this day. I have contacted the support, they said i have to wait 2 months from the day i made the orded, that's when they conclude it as lost. Okay, 2 months passed, i had to fill out a form that i didn't receive it. After that they just say that they did everything right, the shipping company is to blame and they will only refund half of the price. What? Looking at the tracking number they provided its status is "announced/ post got the information" meaning the shipping company DIDN'T EVEN GET the package. So to this day they have no intention whatsoever to refund me fully. Here's another story: I got a smartwatch from them that broke from updating itself with its own app. It took me 1.5 week to get it fully refunded which means messaging them every day back and forth and had to haggle with them because at first they didn't want to give a full refund of course. So that's all of my bad experience with gearbest, it could even be a good store if they didn't have so bad customer support. PS. I'm going to post this review to other sites as well to let more people know about the ethics of this company.
