This is another 'pay so you can see the answer' and then the answer is never detailed enough to help anyone, "My print is very light" Pay for the answer of "Buy new ink cartridges"
they say you're speaking to a lawyer. Instead of giving an answer, The so called Lawyer ask you questions and then try to get you to agree to the forum. That's when you lose your money plus for every contact you pay up to $59.00 per question that the so called Lawyer ask you. ??? What a scam. I think the people running the web sight May be rating their own sight good. Please read other responses here. Still you get NO ANSWER!!!! But you pay for it. You should read the DISCLAIMER WELL....just called my credit card company. I'm getting my money back. they are resending the order. These people don't ever give an answer , they just ask questions then charge you. my questions is like others here. how do they get excellent ratings??? why don't this sight do something about this. This is why I have this on my computer. If this web company isn't honest then why have it. Everyone here has had issues with this web sight. and yet they are giving them high ratings. ????? I'm starting to question the ethics here. how about you?
I love JustAnswer... but I keep having a problem where the system won't let me ask questions... I have to go through the day long process or contacting JA support and having them fix the issue...
The http://www.justanswer.com/ site makes you go through filling in a lot of information, formulating your question, filling in a profile, THEN, it tells you that you will have to pay to get an answer. I will not use a pay site that steals and wastes my time by not telling me UP FRONT that there is a charge.
Scam that wants you to pay to get an answer, why this site still has a green donut is beyond me as pretty much every comment on this page is a negative one. Just because it has a Norton certificate thingy should not supersede multiple user ratings and comments about it. I only found 7 positive comments for this site and there are how many pages of negative ones? Six pages at this writing, I am also assuming that the people who took the time to comment about a bad experience would not then give positive scores on the ratings scale thingy. What the hell is that thing again? I is tired and dum it seems.
EDIT:
As for their still positive rating donut I think it has to do with the fact that they have Norton and verisign certificates. That is where I think dissatisfied customers need to really complain. Then maybe they will have their certificates revoked if enough people complain. If anyone reads this add the above to your own comment so that more will see it and hopefully act on it. And or ask WOT's support people why they still have a green rating in the mid 80% for all parts.
Once you get to the part that tells you you'll have to pay for an answer, you can't click out. A dialog box forces you to activate God-only-knows-what, by way of an either/or question. The only safe solution is to Ctl-Alt-Del you way into shutting down the browser. Malware? Don't know... but, ethically, as low as it gets. No way to do business, if in fact, you're legit.
Bad ratings by all commenters. yet justanswer.com avoids having a color category altogether (wot rating) on my Mac OS10.4.11 machine. Have they hacked into WOT??
justanswer.com definitely not satisfactory. may be outright fraudulent.
just retried using google. for "YaHOO!-help" same result first few listings are paid by
there is apparently no live or direct customer service available at yahoo!.com.
now I find clicking on "submit' is not working either! other tabs up are active why not this olne?
Yeah, this site is garbage.
My business teacher told me that the worse advice is free advice.
Well, that's not entirely true.
The worst advice is from online "experts" from the third world.
Don't give these people the time of day, let alone any money.
We installed a Hampton ?Bay strip light 142 780 that cost us $52.00 that did not work. We contacted your on line tech service and were asked to pay $48.00 for an answer to our problem... Kind of pricey don;'t you think..... Laurene Howell
These people are phonies, masquerading as "experts". Yes , they are "experts" in looting money from unsuspecting customers. I had a terrible experience with a self declared doctor , who calls himself "family practitioner ". This man almost killed me , through his advise. I was in a mood to sue these scamsters . I request my dear readers to never get misguided by such websites. This particular site should be blacklisted and banned.
