While blitzing a bunch of travel sites Kayak appears to be superior in a number of ways- and it's privacy policy is much less awful than most of it's competitors. Thankfully it was friendlier, in larger font and had a fraction of the legalese and doublespeak. When sites want to be the good guys they let you know it by doing those things. In fact, the tone of the whole site is unusually friendly. BUT: The site immediately pesters for cookies if you have them toggled off. If you write a review they reserve the right to publish it on all platforms and aggregate it. Again, social media integration basically means your privacy/security just got massacred(as with all sites.) Don't do it! The bottom line: Kayak is one of the better travel sites. It's tone is friendlier and it's privacy issues are not nearly as horrific as many similar sites.
