Though this site is safe enough, I have serious questions about a group that is basically acting to preserve large pharmaceutical companies' market share in the US.
Though this organization does serve a useful purpose in listing clearly criminal operations regarding drugs of dubious provence, they effectively make it impossible for any non-US drug supplier to be rated anything other than "illegal" or criminal.
This organization is suspicious in their motivations and goals and should be reviewed further.
Sometimes it is handy when looking for fake pharmacies= but there is a BIG problem. It also appears to be an arm of the drug industry. Therefore it has an inherent bias and agenda.
Consider this one a tool to be used with a big grain of salt.
They do not actually REVIEW the pharmacies in depth. I have seen their so-called "evaluations" on the websites, which are not pharmacies indeed! furthermore, what the hell they evaluate non-US pharmacies and offshore pharmacies , which has nothing to do with US standards and their site standards?
Obviously these are bogus and pre-paid evaluations made by some lobby group.
As this site doesn't actually verify the legitimacy of pharmacies located outside of the United States, I find them to be less than adequate to rate pharmacies that are not located in the US.
I have no issues with them rating companies like CVS, Costco, Walmart... and so on. Because those companies CAN be members.
If you do not have a brick and mortar pharmacy IN the US, you CANNOT be approved. No chance, do not pass go and do not collect $200. Full stop.
Now, if they allowed for pharmacies located outside of the US to be approved provided they followed the required standards, policies and so on, I'd be on board.
Fact is, this is NOT a reliable site when trying to determine a legitimate pharmacy outside of the US. They basically classify all as bad, forcing you to guess.
Considering they don't actually investigate the companies they deem as "rogue" or "unauthorized", and paint ALL companies who do not meet their criteria (whether they apply to or not) with the same brush, not sure how anyone can deem them reliable.
In all honesty, they appear to be a branch of big pharma pushing big pharma's agenda.
Excellent source of information on legitimate and rouge pharmacies.

The Privacy policy is quite vague. They stress multiple times about not sharing PHI (which the law forbids them to do anyway) but don't provide much additional detail when in regards to other data privacy policies. Stay away.
Who can trust a company that themselves registered over one hundred fifty online pharma sites using a single registrar in an effort to later tarnish the image of that registrar. LegitScript violated ICANN's domain registration policy by using false address information in their whois information. My trust for a company which seeks to prop itself up by singling out a domain registrar in order to publish a paper on this "discovery" is zero. *****
This website is misleading, any non-US pharmacy is rated as illegitimate, even when the pharmacy doesn't have any interests nor ships to the US. It should only rate and list pharmacies operating or shipping to the US or accept regulations from, at least, Canada and EEA/European Union.
Legitscript is a self promoting group of who knows who trying to make a buck by "policing" internet pharmacies. They do not contact pharmacies they review, they don't have any legitimate credentials, and decide based on their own random, artificial and self promoting criteria who are "legitimate pharmacies". They are not trustworthy.
