Lings cars is a very good site. I have done business with this company and they are honorable. I have also met Ling and she is extremely sincere.

The site is awful, which is part of the novelty of the business, but it's a genuine business and trustworthy.

I added it to my hall of shame for horrific design- but other than that the red flags are a joke! How does it violate privacy or is it unsafe for kids? The design is awful but is it untrustworthy? There is a reason why there are 4 distinct rating categories and this is one more site in which the community has failed.

Unconventional, cluttered, stuffed full of information. But no problems / issues with trust, privacy or child safety. Very open feedback mechanism on the site, way braver than almost any other business of a similar size or bigger.
The owner is hands on, and often responds in person to comments/queries.
This is a rare, unusual and refreshingly straight-forward business approach reflected in the website design and function.

I love Ling's site, ever since I leased a car from her almost 4 years ago I've kept in touch. I would lease through Ling anytime. I'm sure it's just a bunch of haters and competitors that have rated the site in this way. There is nothing whatsoever unsafe, unsound, or unsavoury about this site - it's fun.
