I had a business account and wanted to cancel the subscription. There is no function for that available in the user interface. Only through searching help you can find the instruction. The instruction is so complex that you need to print it. Even worse, the instruction does not match with the user interface: the tab that should be visible isn't always there. It is clear that LinkedIn has done this deliberately just to prevent people from unsubscribing. After this I wouldn't recommend anyone the paid services of LinkedIn!
