Hello,
It looks like a spam that tried to use our domain name. It's definitely not something that we have sent, or even that could have been sent via our platform (this sender address doesn't exist on our system).
You can confirm this by looking at the full headers. Please note that we also have implemented DKIM and DMARC and that message should be failing both. Do not hesitate to post full headers here, I'll be happy to tell you where the message actually came from.
We're collateral damage here.
