This is a 100% legitimate Canadian pharmacy I've used for nine months with no security issues at all. Its poor rating has been concocted by American pharmaceutical companies in an effort to deceive consumers and to undermine consumer confidence in buying meds at a lower price than exorbitant U.S. prices. The only "scam" here is that consumers are being scared away from a site that takes money away from Big Pharma.
