I bought one of these items and it's not fit for purpose, the sticky surface isn't strong enough and the pads fell off in days if not hours. Yet Maplin suspiciously won't allow a review to be posted. My alternative solution to my needs is working fine weeks later. The public need to know if a product is not fit for purpose if Maplin aren't going to listen to customers who return items.

I use the store more than their on-line website because its very near where I live. Staff are helpful but most of their computer parts and hardware are overpriced. Okay if you need something in a hurry but if your not in a rush, prices are much cheaper elsewhere.Apart from their prices its a reliable place to shop.
