Сервис от антивируса для укорачивания ссылок с проверкой сайтов на надёжность. Да только проверка у них очень плохая и сервисом активно пользуются спамеры. Гугл в своём сервисе укорачивания ссылок ухитряется следить за порядком - "плохие" ссылки быстро становятся недоступными. Так что раз тут ничего не делается, можно смело считать пособниками нарушения закона, пусть даже это по халатности и недодумке. Хотя это похоже ещё и фальшивый сайт, а не антивируса :)
