Excellent site. A lot of useful information on "alternative" medicine and hot topic issues relating to health. He doesn't always agree with conventional medicine so Dr. Mercola often gets hated on by the barret quackwatch cabal and others with that inclination. I have purchased many items from the site for years and never had a problem.

Unlike conventional medical sites, Mercola's site is not influenced by big pharma. His information is almost always backed up by experts and science. A good stopping off place to research on your own and Make Up Your Own Mind. To let any one person or site determine your medical treatments is not the best route to go. But this site offers so much information not found in other places that it is very useful in research. I've had this site in my bag of tools for years and I am healthier for it.

Unfortunately the FDA (& similar organisations the world over) have been caught letting their decisions be influenced by the money from large corporations with vested interests. I listen to the FDA & similar organisations AND sites like this one - look for the vested interests and then make my own mind up.

You sound like a "Doctor" trying to protect his bottom line. Should I actually shun Dr. Mercola's advice in favor of the FDA? The same industry that approves dangerous and questionable drugs EVERYDAY? The same corrupt entity that promotes GMO corn? Come on! This site is very useful and informative. I have purchased items from Dr. Mercola's site and they have been high quality items. This site is one of my top go to sites for information. The people trying to give this site a bad rating are no doubt pharmaceutical paid shills or by a web bot. Do not listen to them. Check the site out. It may or may not be for you, but it does give alternative information to help avoid taking harmful pharmaceutical drugs. Frankly, the pharmaceutical industry and the FDA are just as bad at giving information to the public as the main stream media is about reporting real news. You need to find the truth yourselves.

This person's supplements were all recalled. So why should you trust him? He talks about stuff that is sorta true, and the other stuff he has on there is ads for his bad products. I found this site a while ago that you have to pay for to get stuff but it listed that his products are recalled.

Bought and use many of his products, all excellent, and are better quality than what I can find in my local stores. I wish I had known about him 11 years ago BEFORE we gave our second child her baby vaccines. She suffered two seizures and has lasting damage because of them. Thanks to this site, I was able to find out valuable info that my conventional doc wouldn't tell me about. He told me the vaccines were completely safe. What a LIE! I go to Mercola FIRST if we have any health questions!
