This site pretends to be a news site. Misleading articles based on minimal or no evidence, usually following up with ways to avoid or profit from these "predictions".

I have always found this site to provide interesting and accurate articles on financial matters. I have no encountered any scams or promotions by the website itself. I haven't paid any attention to the advertisers, so I can't comment on them.

Seems like an advertisement selling a book. Also, if you'll note, the date and time of the "article" is the date and time that you went to their web page (Eastern Time). Refresh your browser a few minutes later and the date and time will change to the current time. I guess that is one way to make your "article" appear to be current. Three years from now this article will appear to have been written on June 3, 2016 at 2:04 a.m.

No red or green dots here. The writing is creative at best - more like gossip. They claim they are "contrarian" but mostly they are about gossip and advertisements. The hard news division of Newsmax has some clear value - this "money" area is just taking up space.

Once they get your credit card info for "service charge" they subscribe you to annual subscriptions even if you NO!. One charge was reversed. they will not even respind to request to reverse second charge and remove from database. DO NOT TRUST withyou CC info,

I don't know if I have the right category, but it is one of those sites that locks you in by asking 'Are you sure you want to leave this page?" whenever you hit the close button or the "X" in the top right corner. I hate that and think it is technically exploiting some weakness in my browser.
I have the browser set up to disallow pop-ups and I clearly have already chosen to leave the page when it asks that question. So, it's annoying and is simply trying to lock you into a film that tries to scare the (*(^&^ out of you and then sell you things. You can' click out of that either.
