Hey Black Widow,
The domain Moon-Ray.com is actually used by our ESP SendPepper to send email on behalf of our customers.
We take the battle against spam very seriously and have spent thousands of hours developing systems that will prevent anyone sending unauthorized email via our system.
Unfortunately, sometimes mailers are able to slip through the cracks and get email out to those who didn't request it. I'm reviewing the account in question (account 2564) and will likely be disabling their ability so send email if it turns out they do have a greater problem with sending email to those who haven't specifically requested it.

This site is a business. It is not evil, nor do they capture your information unfairly. It is a business designed for people who are in business to send non-spam emails.

This is a software site which provides backend tracking for online businesses. It could be that some of the businesses that use their software aren't the greatest. But this site itself is neutral. They have very good business software and many really good businesses use it. So a negative rating is entirely unfair for all the good buseinsses.

I've been using OAP/Ontraport for years and they've been great.
I'm not finding WOT very useful right now - when I read the comments of a lot of the poorly rated sites they have nothing to do with someone's personal experience.
The comment by Kraftwerk I've seen word-for-word on other sites.
One step away from disabling WOT.

This is a customer relationship management (CRM) software site just like Salesforce, Infusionsoft, etc. The site/company is fantastic. Now if someone is using their software to sell crap, then that is possibly why this site got a bad rating. But it's a service provider. Put the bad rating on the actual seller/spammer's URL.

This is not even remotely true, we offer software as a service with a free fourteen day trial. With thousands of satisfied customers it's apparent that we're not ripping anyone off.
