There is ample evidence that MTL Blog has stolen content from several reputable media sources as well as from bloggers and has violated FTC guidelines. They have also misled the public with articles making newsworthy claims that were flat out false, leading to community-wide confusion since the publication refers to itself as a "newspaper" on its Facebook page and in its metadescription. There is also evidence from several different sources that they have been passing off paid advertisements as editorial content. Their violations have become so boldfaced and egregious that a movement to change nationwide internet publishing legislation is building. I can't believe Google hasn't flushed them out of existence yet.
