Site is awesome, trustworthy, known source of good HOSTS lists. Applying these lists will give you global ad/spyware domain blocks.
I love this idea of using crafted lists. HOSTS is neglected on most systems and really, it can be used to a user's advantage. Big thumbs up for this site.

Good site for getting a really crafted Host file to block bad and malicious sites. 4 thumbs up for this site. I advise all, even if using FF & adblock plus, to download the Host file from this site. I can be the first line of defense to keeping you safe.
